These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website operated by Trollbeads Czechia s.r.o. and JewelryStore Kft. If you are shopping from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, or Hungary, please refer to the appropriate local version for full details:

1. Warranty and Complaints

All Trollbeads products are covered by the applicable legal warranty under EU consumer protection laws.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and a photo. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or mechanical damage.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify us by email before returning any item.

Conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item, using the original payment method.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed after payment is received and shipped using reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

Czech Republic: 2–5 business days
Slovakia: 3–6 business days
Hungary: 2–5 business days

Shipping fees are shown during checkout and depend on destination and delivery method.

4. Promotions, Discounts and Gifts

Promotions, discounts, and gifts are valid only during the stated campaign periods and under the stated conditions.

Free gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded. If an item associated with a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.

5. Liability

Trollbeads Czechia s.r.o. and JewelryStore Kft. are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Customers are advised to check the package condition upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Trollbeads is a registered trademark. All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Trollbeads A/S or its licensed partners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Store your jewelry separately in small cloth bags, or even better in acid-free, airtight plastic bags or boxes. This will help you to avoid, as far as possible, unnecessary scratches.
